We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Sr. Analyst of Commercial FP&amp;A to be a critical member of our Commercial Finance team, providing strategic, operational, and financial support to Sales, Marketing and Finance leadership. You will own key elements of the annual planning process, monthly/quarterly forecast activities, bookings modeling, commission expense planning, headcount tracking, and spend efficiency analysis, ensuring our commercial investments drive growth aligned with company targets.<br />This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive leadership to ensure an integrated approach to efficient budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and reporting. You will also be a steward of our financial planning systems, helping enhance forecasting accuracy and visibility.<p></p><p></p><ul><li>Analyze financial results and prepare monthly expense forecasts for supported departments along with providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.</li><li>Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.</li><li>Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.</li><li>Prepare/coordinate the annual plan with business partners including maintaining budget templates, consolidated schedules and overall business commentary.</li><li>Review and approve purchase requests to ensure accuracy and consistency with procurement and accounting guidelines.</li><li>Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Maintain organizational headcount updates and resource allocation for the supported business functions on a monthly basis.</li><li>Perform Treasure related analytics, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and any ad hoc analysis that supports overall objective of the position.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of presentation packages for the board of directors.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of new business intelligence tool with reporting flexibility and accuracy as key goals.</li><li>Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.</li></ul><p></p><h2>Education Required:</h2><ul><li>Bachelors degree with major or emphasis in finance or accounting.</li><li>Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.</li></ul><p></p><h2>Experience Required:</h2><ul><li>4+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A).</li><li>Strong financial systems experience, particularly in SAP.</li><li>Data warehouse/business intelligence experience such familiarity with workday adaptive planning, office connect, Tableau, PowerBI is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</li><li>Knowledge of: Demonstrate proficiency and basic understanding of Company P&amp;L, revenue, expense, and EBITDA metrics and their respective financial implications.  Accounting principles, forecast and budget variance analysis, intermediate Excel formula knowledge, comfort with pivot tables and ability to work with large data sets, PowerPoint, Data Visualization/Bl tools, and SAP. Familiarity with Workday adaptive planning, and dashboard capabilities a plus. </li><li>Skill in: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail, presentation, communication.</li><li>Ability to: To present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner. Ability and comfort operating with some level of independence, possess go getter mentality, and be a team player. Work in a fast-paced environment; stay organized, prioritizing workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
