Job Description:We are seeking an innovative Product Manager to drive the evolution of NextGen Mobile, our provider-facing app that extends the power of our EHR to clinicians on the go. This role will drive AI integration to enhance provider efficiency, clinical decision-making. Combining clinical insight with product innovation, you will shape mobile-first, intelligent experiences that advance NextGen’s mission to improve care delivery through technology.<ul><li>Help define the product strategy and roadmap for assigned healthcare ambulatory software products.</li><li>Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, client value, anticipated outcomes, and business.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.</li><li>Analyze market data and user feedback to drive product improvements and innovations.</li><li>Play a significant role in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to product sunset, including requirements gathering,</li><li>prioritization, development, launch, and phase outs.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product adoption.</li><li>Prepare and present product performance reports and metrics.</li><li>Write business cases and refine product roadmaps and strategies in alignment with company goals and customer needs.</li><li>Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team development and best practices.</li><li>Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.</li></ul>Education Required:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in business, marketing, software engineering discipline, or a related field.</li><li>Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.</li></ul>Experience Required:<ul><li>7+ years of experience in healthcare setting, preferably in practice management and in product management or businessanalysis.</li><li>Proven track record of successful product launches and management.</li><li>Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.</li><li>Experience with ambulatory care software or EHR systems preferred.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:<ul><li>Knowledge of: Strong understanding of both healthcare and technology. Strong understanding of product management</li><li>principles and software development life cycle. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.</li><li>Skill in: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to: Balance multiple priorities and manage complex projects.</li></ul>The company has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
