- Participate in cross-functional brainstorms, design reviews, and inspiring team activities—both virtually and in person
- Engage in company culture through events, volunteer days, and team-building exercises, fostering strong, in-person relationships within our KIND culture
- Play a key role throughout the entire product development lifecycle—from strategy and prototyping to launch and iteration
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- 2+ years experience managing engineering teams, with a proven ability to hire and develop high-performing engineers—ideally within growth-focused or consumer product environments
- Experience with A/B testing and growth experimentation frameworks
- Experience in user-generated content product development is a plus
- Bring a deep empathy for customer needs and insights as well as an intuitive grasp of the business problems we’re trying to solve
- Comfort working across the product development spectrum: strategy, ideation, concept work, up to the delivery of the consumption experience
- Track record of engineering excellence and operations (monitoring, alarming, sev, post-mortem, etc) for your team
- Eagerness to explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to reimagine how work gets done
