If you thrive at the intersection of user empathy, technical innovation, and data integration expertise, we encourage you to apply. <h3>Responsibilities</h3> Shape the Product Vision: <ul> <li>Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nexlas data integration platform.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and use cases.</li> </ul> Craft Exceptional User Experiences: <ul> <li>Develop a deep understanding of user needs and workflows related to data integration.</li> <li>Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that address user pain points.</li> <li>Define clear and concise requirements for UI components, API endpoints, and overall platform usability.</li> <li>Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the platform.</li> </ul> Drive Technical Innovation: <ul> <li>Possess a strong understanding of data integration technologies, including ETL, ELT, API management, data streaming, and real-time integration.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineering throughout the development lifecycle, providing clear requirements and participating in technical discussions.</li> <li>Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.</li> <li>Contribute to technical design decisions, leveraging your understanding of best practices and architectural patterns.</li> </ul> Lead with Influence: <ul> <li>Clearly communicate the product vision and strategy to cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Build strong relationships and foster collaboration across the organization.</li> <li>Present product updates and roadmaps to internal and external audiences.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> To excel in this role, youll need a strong blend of product management expertise, technical understanding, and user-centric design thinking. Heres what were looking for: <ul> <li>Essential Qualifications: </li> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on data integration, data-heavy SaaS platforms, or related technical fields.  </li> <li>A proven ability to launch and manage successful software products, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.  </li> <li>Hands-on experience collaborating with UX designers to define and shape user experiences for complex technical products, including creating wireframes and mockups.  </li> <li>Strong understanding of API design and development (REST, GraphQL).  </li> <li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  </li> <li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. </li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Desirable Qualifications: </li> <ul> <li>Experience with data modeling and schema design, particularly in the context of data integration platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with data integration patterns (ETL, ELT, real-time) and related technologies.</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data integration services.</li> <li>Solid grasp of UI/UX design principles, with a focus on data visualization and user workflows in data integration platforms.</li> <li>Contributions to open-source projects or demonstrable technical side projects related to data integration.</li> <li>Masters degree in a relevant field.</li> </ul> </ul> <h3>Show Us Your Technical Prowess (Optional)</h3> Were eager to understand your technical thinking and how you approach solutions. The salary range for a US based Senior Product Manager, Data Integration at Nexla is  $150,000 - $220,000 USD. The package will also include benefits such as Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401k, and flexible PTO.
