This executive role will lead the creation and management of scalable revenue streams by building strategic relationships with Private Equity (PE) firms and their portfolio companies. A secondary focus will include establishing alliances with niche services firms seeking a strategic ServiceNow partner. This is a highly visible, hands-on position that combines strategic relationship-building with commercial accountability. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the PE ecosystem, a track record of alliance-driven growth, and a strong grasp of enterprise transformation on the ServiceNow platform. <hr /> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <h4>Private Equity &amp; Portfolio Companies (80%)</h4> <ul> <li> Develop and execute a global alliance strategy to systematically onboard PE-owned portfolio companies as NewRocket clients. </li> <li> Build and nurture trust-based relationships with senior PE leaders—Operating Partners, Managing Directors, and Value Creation teams. </li> <li> Create scalable revenue programs such as master services agreements and referral partnerships to establish NewRocket as the preferred ServiceNow partner. </li> <li> Identify “Compelling Events” (e.g., M&amp;A roll-ups, carve-outs, pre-IPO readiness) and align NewRocket solutions to mission-critical transformation timelines. </li> <li> Collaborate with internal solutioning and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience from partnership to delivery. </li> <li> Drive measurable outcomes, owning revenue pipeline generation and attainment tied directly to alliance activity. </li> <li> Represent NewRocket as a thought leader in ITSM, ESM, and digital transformation within the PE community. </li> </ul> <h4>Niche Services &amp; Value-Added Reseller Alliances (20%)</h4> <ul> <li> Identify and cultivate relationships with complementary firms—boutique consultancies, VARs, or industry specialists—that benefit from a ServiceNow partnership. </li> <li> Design and execute partnership models that drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and referral revenue. </li> <li> Enable and manage partner success through consistent engagement, performance tracking, and solution alignment. </li> <li> Meet or exceed revenue and pipeline targets established for each alliance. </li> </ul> <hr /> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li> Proven success developing and monetizing relationships within the Private Equity ecosystem. </li> <li> Demonstrated ability to structure and close multi-million-dollar alliance partnerships. </li> <li> Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with comfort engaging C-suite stakeholders. </li> <li> Strong knowledge of technology services, managed services, and ServiceNow’s enterprise value. </li> <li> Highly organized, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. </li> <li> Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. </li> <li> Willingness to travel up to 50%. </li> </ul> <hr /> <h3>Experience Required</h3> <ul> <li> 10+ years in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or business development, including 5+ years focused on Private Equity. </li> <li> 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving partnership-based revenue growth. </li> <li> Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent enterprise technology platform preferred. </li> </ul> <hr /> <h3>Reporting To</h3> Chief Growth &amp; Alliances Officer (CGAO) <hr /> <h3>About NewRocket</h3> NewRocket is the AI-first Elite ServiceNow partner that activates real value on the platform.
