Your Career
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent team here at NewRocket. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our recruiting operations, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, and enabling our recruiters and hiring managers to attract top talent efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in recruiting or HR coordination, particularly in fast-paced, SaaS-driven environments.
Your Impact
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and hiring managers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and candidate care.
- Manage and maintain data within our applicant tracking system (ATS), such as Greenhouse, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Serve as a liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to streamline communication and ensure a consistent hiring process.
- Support recruiting operations and logistics, including job postings, offer letter generation, background checks, and onboarding preparation.
- Compile and analyze recruitment reports and metrics to track performance, pipeline health, and hiring trends.
- Continuously improve processes and documentation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and People Operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and candidate information.
Your Experience
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or related roles.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems (Lever, Workday, iCIMS, etc.).
- Prior experience supporting recruiting or HR processes in a SaaS environment, ideally with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and a high degree of professionalism.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when managing scheduling logistics and data entry.
- Experience creating and maintaining recruiting reports, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting modules within ATS platforms.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a digital-first, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems or onboarding platforms.
- Exposure to global recruiting coordination or support across regions/time zones.
