This role is about partnering directly with leaders and consultants to shape the employee experience, accelerate growth, and strengthen NewRocket’s reputation as the go-to ServiceNow guide. You will act as a strategic advisor to delivery and consulting leaders, helping to align people strategies with business goals while also supporting employees in their professional journey. You’ll bring a consulting mindset to HR—balancing empathy, business acumen, and execution to create lasting impact.   Your Impact As an HR Business Partner for our consulting teams, you will: <ul> <li>Partner with delivery leaders to understand workforce needs, from skill development to staffing strategies, ensuring we have the right talent in place to deliver client success.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to managers and consultants on career development, performance, and engagement.</li> <li>Shape and drive professional development programs that help consultants grow skills, achieve certifications, and progress their careers.</li> <li>Support leaders with organizational planning, including succession, workforce readiness, and scaling delivery capacity.</li> <li>Partner with Recruiting, Resource Management, and Learning teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and deployment of consulting talent.</li> <li>Help consultants navigate career milestones with clarity and confidence—from onboarding to advancement.</li> <li>Serve as the primary HR point of contact for consulting employees, providing support on performance, employee relations, and engagement.</li> <li>Promote and foster the NewRocket culture—championing collaboration, inclusivity, and growth.</li> </ul> Your Experience <ul> <li>10+ years of HR or talent experience, ideally within professional services or consulting environments.</li> <li>Proven ability to partner with business leaders as a strategic advisor, not just an HR administrator.</li> <li>Experience in professional development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced consulting environment.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trust at all levels, from consultants to executives.</li> <li>Ability to analyze talent trends and provide data-driven recommendations.</li> <li>Knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices.</li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li>Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification.</li> <li>Experience in consulting talent models (e.g., billable utilization, career coaching for delivery teams).</li> </ul> We Take Care of Our People NewRocket is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
