McBee, a division of Netsmart, is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive with experience selling services into the Acute Care market. This role blends hunting and farming, requiring someone who can open new doors while nurturing long-term client relationships.
You’ll represent a portfolio of performance improvement and revenue cycle services, acting as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson. Success means thinking on your feet, listening deeply, and uncovering needs clients may not even articulate. You’ll ask the right questions, spot issues others miss, and provide insight that earns executive trust.
We’re looking for a consultative sales professional who thrives on solving complex problems, understands the nuances of healthcare provider organizations, and can build credibility quickly in C-level conversations.
Responsibilities
Identify and participate in strategic sales pursuits for assigned clients to meet and exceed annual quota
Forecast accurately and close business on time
Conduct initial evaluation of prospective clients; identify and prioritize clients’ business needs and suggest appropriate solutions to match those needs
Understand and position new and existing solutions for growth within our current client base
Actively participate in demand generation campaigns to create a pipeline
Generate, manage, and grow new business by prospecting for new clients in person and via the telephone, and cultivating regular direct contact with all prospective new clients
Work with technical and marketing support staff to qualify and complete RFPs
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree
At least 7 years of experience selling Acute services
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
