Netsmart is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven leader to join our Client Alignment team, focused on expanding our presence in the Post-Acute care market. This role will lead a team of 5–7 professionals and carry a team quota of $10M, with a focus on driving value, building executive relationships, and delivering growth through strategic client engagement.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and develop a high-performing Client Alignment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.</li><li>Drive strategic growth initiatives across the Post-Acute segment, including Home Health and Hospice.</li><li>Build and maintain strong executive relationships with clients, understanding their complex organizational needs and aligning Netsmart solutions to deliver value.</li><li>Represent Netsmart at industry conferences, trade shows, and client site visits (approximately 30% travel).</li><li>Deliver compelling, high-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Consulting, and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Identify whitespace opportunities and support prospecting efforts to expand market share.</li><li>Manage and achieve a team revenue quota of $10M.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Background in consulting, healthcare provider organizations, or healthcare technology vendors.</li><li>Deep knowledge of the Post-Acute care industry, particularly Home Health and Hospice.</li><li>Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.</li><li>Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a relationship-first mindset and the courage to challenge the status quo.</li><li>Experience with sales processes, client prospecting, and whitespace development.</li><li>Willingness to travel and/or relocate as needed.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience leading teams in a quota-carrying environment.</li><li>Familiarity with Netsmart solutions or similar healthcare technology platforms.</li><li>MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus.</li></ul>Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
