We aim to leverage the systems and infrastructure that is broadly available at Netflix and figure out the best way to adopt and apply them to iOS. The Core team works with a wide range of engineering groups within the company to enable easier and more efficient patterns and canvases to be deployed to our members. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
