go-to-market strategies for vertical-specific solutions in collaboration with the practice director and marketing dynamics.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Define and prioritize services features and roadmaps based on market needs and business improve services performance through customer feedback, market analysis, and performance metrics.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop and maintain comprehensive competitive analyses to identify differentiators and inform positioning strategies.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ol><li><p><span><span>Marketing and Sales Enablement:</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ol></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for whitepapers, and case studies.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation and nurturing strategies specific to the vertical.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Participate in the development of pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ol><li><p><span><span>Customer and Partner Engagement:</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ol></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Engage/survey key customers, industry analysts and partners to gather feedback and validate service offerings.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop and manage customer advisory boards to ensure continuous feedback and engagement.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide support at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as requested by the Practice Director.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Act as a vertical industry subject matter expert for the vertical, providing insights and guidance to internal and Reporting:</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ol></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Track and analyze key performance metrics related to vertical offerings, including sales performance, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide regular updates and reports to practice directors and executive management and leadership on market trends, sales performance, and strategic vertical initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Adjust vertical services strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools to monitor the health and performance of vertical solutions and market traction.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><p><br /><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related field.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>5+ years of experience in offering management, services and/or product management, marketing, or business development, preferably within a vertical industry.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Proven track record of successfully managing and launching construction-specific solutions.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong knowledge of the business application space (specifically ERP, CRM, and HRMS are a plus)</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with
