This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.</p><p></p><p><b>Senior Manager, Global Compensation </b></p><ul><li>The Senior Manager, Global Compensation helps shape and drive enterprise-wide rewards strategies, programs and initiatives by leading workstreams and collaborating across the broader Compensation and People Experience function. The role will be a part of the Compensation CoE’s leadership team and report to the Marsh McLennan Global Compensation Leader.</li><li>The Compensation COE forms part of the People Experience team. The People Experience team identifies, develops and delivers solutions, and is comprised of ten centers of expertise — Impact, Leadership, Culture, Career, Compensation, Benefits &amp; Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations and HR Services. The People Experience team delivers informed perspectives and creative solutions; anticipates and helps the organization respond to market, business and colleague needs; and brings a balance of deep technical expertise and consultative approach to identifying opportunities and developing scalable solutions that enable impact.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We will count on you to:</b></p><ul><li>Serve as an enterprise-wide Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor on global reward related topics spanning our Marsh, Mercer, Guy Carpenter, Corporate and Oliver Wyman businesses.</li><li>Lead and deliver enterprise-wide compensation strategies and programs across a broad spectrum of reward topics such as annual pay review, pay equity, pay transparency, regulatory requirements, job architecture, systems, market research and more.</li><li>Drive cross-functional collaboration by consulting with our CoE’s and HR partners to understand and diagnose strategic compensation priorities, define reward requirements and ensure appropriate partnership, engagement and alignment on delivering solutions.</li><li>Support the Marsh McLennan Compensation Leader in driving strategic initiatives as well as representing the CoE to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Partner closely with the People Experience Chief of Staff and other CoE leaders to ensure seamless integration of compensation programs within the broader talent and people priorities.</li><li>Research industry trends and best practices in rewards, surfacing and summarizing relevant themes.</li><li>Support regional and global project work related to reward programs, contributing to the achievement of project objectives.</li><li>Apply a consultative skillset to reward-related themes, turning complex topics into an integrated narrative that aligns with Marsh McLennan’s purpose and commitments.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need to have: </b></p><ul><li>Significant experience within global/international total <span>rewards/compensation,</span> within a large matrixed organization, ideally financial or professional services</li><li>A consultative mindset and client-centric approach to problem solving with the ability to influence and drive change.</li><li>Intellectually curious, seeking opportunities to develop new skills for themselves and others.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in both PowerPoint and Excel, including the ability to bring a story to life through crisp executive ready presentations.</li><li>Discipline to work both individually as well as collaboratively across a team</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and confidently with diverse, senior level stakeholders globally.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability to different cultural contexts</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What makes you stand out?</b></p><ul><li>Previous/current Reward/Compensation Consulting experience at senior level within a consultancy.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why join our team:</b></p><ul><li>We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.</li><li>We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.</li><li>Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span>The applicable base salary range for this role is $115,300 to $240,300.</span></p><p></p><h3></h3><p><span>The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
