With 200 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).A day in the life.As our Commercial Insurance Client Service Specialist on the McGriff Public Entity team, youll support the service and production team in reaching overall agency revenue and retention goals by processing new and renewal business, updating and maintaining information in the client management system, addressing and resolving client questions and issues, escalating issues of increased complexity, assist with all aspects of marketing, providing clients with information including plan information, rates, contributions, and carrier contacts, assemble proposals and other presentations, stewardship reports, service plans, and comparisons, maintain daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, ID cards, assist clients with claims resolution, lead other Client Service Specialist and serve as a mentor.  Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:<ul><li>Assignment based primarily upon the individuals minimal level of experience and production capacity to service a midsize book of business </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Demonstrate strong organizational and project skills </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) </li><li>Act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters </li><li>Prioritize work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activities </li><li>Respond quickly to client requests and work to provide appropriate information </li><li>Accept accountability for the quality of work </li></ul>These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:<ul><li>Property and Casualty insurance license</li><li>Five years of industry specific experience </li><li>LOB designations </li><li>College or advanced degree</li></ul>We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
