Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.Registered nurse travels to assigned client employment site to provide health evaluations for the participants, including:<ul><li>Reviewing the individually completed Health History Questionnaire</li><li>Reviewing and interpreting individual blood lab test results</li><li>Obtaining individual weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat or body mass, and fitness level.</li><li>Establishing individual goals by making recommendations for improving the individuals health risk.</li></ul>May conduct evaluation via teleconference when no site is available.May perform other tasks as assigned by Nurse Manager.QUALIFICATIONSThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
