Join Oliver Wyman Vector, where your skills and passion can make a lasting impact in an environment that values excellence, growth, and meaningful connections.<br /><br /><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)</b></p><ul><li>Systems software requirements definition &amp; decomposition for airplane network systems, validation and verification, development assurance, safety analysis, and systems integration</li><li>Work with software developers and test engineers to define and validate highly reliable system functionality</li><li>Plan, execute, and troubleshoot complex software systems integration to validate interface definition and system requirements of airplane network systems</li><li>Perform risk management and trade study analyses</li><li>Provide analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system design and implementation issues</li><li>Compare actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learned</li><li>Work with stakeholders to understand, troubleshoot and identify fixes for flight test and in service issues</li><li>Experience with airplane software development and certification RTCA DO-178C</li><li>Experience with DOORS or similar requirements development and management tool</li></ul><p><br /><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)</b></p><ul><li>Experience with ARP4754A airplane systems development and certification</li><li>Experience with airplane networks and communication systems</li><li>Experience with flight deck operations and electronic flight bags (EFBs)</li><li>Experience with Jira or other similar problem reporting/tracking tool</li><li>Basic knowledge of network protocols, routing table definitions, and network architecture definitions</li><li>Experience with test procedures, lab testing and troubleshooting</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications</li><li>Experience with Development Assurance, Certification and Safety Analysis</li><li>Customer focus and ability to jump to the hottest “fire” and contribute to problem solutions</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelors degree and 9+ years and/or advanced degree with 7+ years related work experience.</li><li>An accredited degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
