This role will be based in any where in the US where we have a Mercer office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.</p><p></p><p><span>Medical RFP COE Zone Leader</span></p><p></p><p>We will count on you to:</p><ul><li>Be a liaison between the COE and local offices in your zone.</li><li>Share COE insights that have been gained through the consolidation of marketings through the COE.</li><li>Become the market expert by staying current on the programs offered by the carriers offering coverage in your zone. Establish relationships with Mercer’s carrier contacts as it relates to marketings.</li><li>Be a champion for change to streamline mid-market RFPs and encourage use of the COE in discussions with lead consultants and other client facing colleagues in your zone.</li><li>Participate in marketings and provide insights to others on more complex marketing opportunities.</li><li>Conduct training sessions with local offices in your zone. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.<h3></h3><p></p><h3></h3><p></p>The applicable base salary range for this role is $115,200 to $230,400.<h3></h3><p></p>The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
