FLDP Associates have unique access to our key decision makers — Marsh McLennans CFO and the Finance Leadership Team are committed to the program and its participants. Marsh McLennan strives to attract and retain high-caliber, motivated MBAs who have the potential to become the next generation of leadership at the company. During the first two years, the program is comprised of three eight-month rotations that enable Associates to gain a well-rounded view of the company. Rotations will include working with senior leaders to analyze strategic and operational issues, gather market intelligence, and advance business growth.
