Mercer invites you to join our team as an Employee Benefits Sales Support where you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey across a wide spectrum of benefits solutions.This role is perfect for someone who wants to explore and understand the full landscape of employee benefits, including Private Medical Insurance, Cash Plans, Travel, Dental, Health Screening, Group Life, Group Income Protection, Critical Illness, and much more. The role is not targeted but offers great exposure to the New Business sales world, enabling you to gain broad exposure to Mercer’s diverse and innovative solutions.In this role, you will start by supporting our experienced employee benefits team, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight into how we deliver our services. This support role is designed to help you build confidence and deepen your understanding of the various benefits solutions we offer.As you grow in knowledge and when you are ready, we would expect the right candidate to gradually take on more responsibility and transition into a full employee benefits role.
