You will gather claim information related to health and wellness benefits, assist clients and members with their inquiries and coverage questions. You’ll be the go-to person for gathering necessary documentation, updating members on their claim status, and collaborating with our Claims Consultants to resolve any issues that arise. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will help us maintain strong relationships with our clients, members and service teams and ensure their needs are met.Our future colleague. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
