As our Account Manager, Private Client Services on our Private Client team, your role is to work with the team to create and manage personalized service plans, build strong relationships, and find new client opportunities. Youll handle client communications, review coverage options, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:<ul><li>2+ years Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage, or comparable experience</li><li>Collaborates with Producers, Account Executives, and internal teams to develop and manage personalized service plans, building strong client relationships through proactive communication.</li><li>Analyzes risks and coverage options, recommends changes, and manages proposals and client portal information.</li><li>Coordinates with departments to ensure timely, cohesive service, prioritizing client requests effectively.</li><li>Works with the service team to manage new business and renewal processes, preparing submission packages, engaging with underwriters, and negotiating coverage and premiums on behalf of clients.</li><li>Evaluates quotes, compares coverage options, and stays informed on industry trends, forms, and carrier products to provide informed recommendations and maintain strong carrier relationships.</li><li>Upon hire, Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health, as appropriate</li></ul>These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:<ul><li>BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field</li><li>CPCU, ARM, CEBS or other professional designation related to discipline</li><li>Experience working with agency management systems</li><li>Proficient skill level in Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
