This sales leader will expand nCino’s innovative offering to new financial institutions while also driving growth within their territory’s existing customer base.  Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents and support them in meeting and exceeding their individual goals</li><li>Understand target market’s business needs and accurately articulate the nCino value proposition at the executive level</li><li>Build and maintain key customer executive relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the companys customer base</li><li>Ensure team maintains day-to-day business process excellence by maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking, training and best practice development/sharing </li><li>Develop and execute strategies to sell new nCino product offerings to new and existing customers</li><li>Support team as they close large, complex business-to-business transactions</li><li>Attract, hire and onboard top talent to continue supporting nCino’s continued growth</li></ul>  Qualifications Required:<ul><li>10+ years software sales experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment with demonstrated record of excellence</li><li>4 years in a sales management role or combination of experience, education, &amp; superior performance</li><li>Flexible problem-solver who will thrive in nCino’s rapidly changing, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment </li><li>Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication ability</li><li>Experience training and developing team members in a fast-paced, high performance environment</li><li>Banking domain expertise </li><li>Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree a plus</li><li>Ready to travel to client locations as required to accomplish and exceed goals </li></ul> Travel Requirements<ul><li>Requires up to 60% travel</li></ul>  If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino.  The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
