The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.<h3>Job Description</h3>We are seeking an experienced CRM &amp; Email Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of GolfNow Europe’s email marketing, CRM, and automation efforts. This is a critical role as we scale across new territories, promoting cross-border and inter-country golf to a growing customer base.This position will work closely with our marketing teams in Belfast and the US, collaborating on data-driven campaigns, automated user journeys, and performance analysis to improve customer engagement and retention.The successful candidate will be based in our Belfast office within hybrid working arrangements and contribute to our success through ownership of the following key responsibilities; Campaign Management<ul><li>Plan, build, test, and deploy email campaigns across European markets.</li><li>Manage personalised and segmented customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to grow our email marketing database and subscriber base across Europe.</li></ul>Automation &amp; Data Management<ul><li>Design and implement automated workflows, triggers, and behavioural email journeys.</li><li>Manage and query complex data sets using SQL to segment audiences effectively.</li></ul>Technical Execution<ul><li>Develop and maintain dynamic content using HTML, AMPscript, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.</li><li>Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR and local data privacy regulations.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Insights<ul><li>Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing colleagues to optimise cross-channel campaigns.</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with the international marketing team in France and Belfast (content, creative, paid media, events) to ensure alignment and consistency.</li><li>Liaise with the US CRM team to ensure global best practices and platform capabilities are leveraged in Europe.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
