As part of Project Keystone, the Operations and Technology organization is looking for an experienced Product Analyst to work closely with project team and aid in implementation of data governance and data conversion to SAP S/4 HANA from legacy ECC and other systems.<br /> <br /> <strong><u>What will you do?</u></strong></p><p><strong>Data Governance &amp; Analytics</strong></p><ul><li>Drive next-gen S/4 data strategy for governance, integrity and data quality improvement</li><li>Establish future state business requirements and subject matter expertise for data relevancy, cleansing and mapping</li><li>Partner with the business and system integrator to plan the detailed data conversion project plan</li><li>Gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, interpret results and develop actionable insights and recommendations</li><li>Presents data and analysis in a clear concise manner allowing audience to quickly understand the results and activate upon them to make data drive decisions</li><li>Cross-functional team alignment for data volume, field mappings, defect resolution</li><li>Convert the business requirements into functional specifications</li><li>Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.</li><li>Provide status updates, log, and escalate risks/issues/decisions, participate in program governance</li><li>Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload in a high-volume environment</li><li>Operate with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail</li><li>Additional duties as needed.</li></ul><p>#LI-remote</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelors in a related field (concentration in Business Analytics, Finance, or related field)</li><li>3+ years of SAP experience as a business analyst</li><li>Understanding of leading practices for data governance processes, shared services structures, and data quality management</li><li>Data profiling and cleansing approach expertise</li><li>Effective communicator and collaborator with strong project management and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong attention to data quality, with the ability to troubleshoot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy</li></ul><p>Nice to have:</p><ul><li>Working experience with ETL tools such as SAP BODS, LSMW, LTMC, etc.</li><li>Design and leadership of mock loads and data validation cycles</li><li>Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules</li><li>Team leads expertise - stream planning, status reporting, managing governance, managing the team against the plan, escalating risks/issues/decisions/changes, and budget management</li></ul><p><strong>Remote Workers</strong>: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.</p><p>This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
