We’re looking for an experienced, strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for Go-To-Market (GTM) and business roles across the U.S. and Israel. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Delivery, and other functions.
This role is ideal for someone who brings strong experience in US B2B SaaS hiring, thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, and is excited about combining hands-on execution with strategic impact.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM and business roles, with a focus on the U.S. and select roles in Israel.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, shape job descriptions, and advise on hiring strategies.
- Actively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, plugins, and creative outreach.
- Lead candidate experience from first touch to signed offer.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to leadership, providing market insights and candidate calibration.
- Be data-oriented - monitor relevant recruiting KPIs and help improve funnel effectiveness, sourcing quality, and time-to-hire.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and globally, helping maintain a high hiring bar as we scale.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS), ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience hiring for both U.S. and Israeli markets, including remote and hybrid roles.
- Ability to work partial hours aligned with the U.S. time zone, as needed.
- Comfortable working with and advising VP-level stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with AI tools and outbound strategies.
- Native-level Hebrew and Native /high-proficiency English, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, independent, and outcome-driven.
- A true team player with a growth mindset and strong business orientation.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to juggle priorities and move quickly.
Advantages
- Experience hiring for technical roles in addition to GTM.
- Exposure to the healthtech space or familiarity with U.S. healthcare market dynamics.
What’s in it for you?
- Real ownership: Shape how we scale GTM and business teams across two key markets.
- High impact: Your hires will directly support our revenue goals and company growth.
- Purpose-driven work: Help bring clarity and compassion to the U.S. healthcare system through cutting-edge AI.
- Collaboration: Partner with experienced, mission-driven global leaders across functions.
- Hybrid flexibility: Work primarily from our Ramat Gan office, with flexibility built in.
You don’t need to meet 100% of the requirements to be a great fit. We believe in hiring people, not just checklists, and we value potential as much as experience. If this role excites you, we’d love to see your application!
