This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of technology and customer success, focused on enabling seamless technical onboarding and laying the foundation for long-term customer success.In this role, you’ll lead a team of Implementation Engineers while driving strategic improvements in our onboarding processes, technical capabilities, and cross-functional alignment. Youll act as the senior technical lead throughout the implementation journey, partnering closely with Product, R&amp;D, and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value, reduce complexity, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. <ul><li>Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Implementation Engineers team, providing regular coaching, feedback, and career development support.</li><li>Own the end-to-end technical implementation lifecycle, from project kickoff through full deployment and transition to ongoing support.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in implementation quality, scalability, and operational efficiency through tooling, automation, and process optimization.</li><li>Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical challenges during onboarding; guide troubleshooting and resolution in collaboration with Product and Engineering.</li><li>Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers’ IT teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, data integrity, and successful integration.</li><li>Oversee onboarding project portfolios, ensure adherence to timelines, technical standards, and customer success metrics.</li><li>Partner with Product, R&amp;D, and Customer Success leadership to influence product direction based on implementation feedback and field insights.</li><li>Establish best practices, documentation, and success metrics for technical onboarding at scale.</li></ul> <ul><li>7+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration engineering, or customer onboarding in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.</li><li>3+ years of experience managing or leading technical implementation or solutions teams, preferably in a high-growth company.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully leading complex technical onboarding projects with enterprise clients.</li><li>Strong background in SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting of web-based systems.</li><li>Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, introduce automation, and scale operations.</li><li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—both customer-facing and internal.</li><li>Deep familiarity with modern SaaS technologies and implementation methodologies.</li><li>Experience with the U.S. healthcare industry or healthcare IT systems is a significant advantage.</li></ul>How would you stand out?<ul><li>Experience working with or integrating into Epic systems is a significant advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js).</li><li>Experience designing implementation tools, templates, or frameworks to increase team efficiency.</li><li>Strong executive presence and ability to represent the team in leadership forums.</li></ul>
