We are already working with industry-leading value-based organizations including Privia Health and Agilon.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Enterprise Solutions to lead the sales and adoption of our innovative solutions within the health plan market. This individual will be responsible for executing our go-to-market strategy, working closely with health plan executives to sell, implement, and optimize our offerings. You will play a critical role in driving growth and establishing long-term partnerships with health plans, ensuring the solutions meet their operational needs and align with industry trends.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the sales efforts for enterprise solutions, driving adoption and expanding our footprint within health plans.</li><li>Generate leads through outreach, networking, and identifying new business opportunities within the health plan sector.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with health plan executives, key decision-makers, and influencers to ensure successful solution adoption.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute GTM and targeted campaigns that align with the health plan market.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, and technical) to ensure solutions are effectively implemented and meet client needs.</li><li>Track and report on sales performance, working to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine solutions and ensure alignment with market needs.</li><li>Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and better serve the health plan market.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience of 5 years+ in selling and implementing enterprise Digital health solutions, particularly within the health plan sector.</li><li>Deep understanding of health plan operations, including risk adjustment, claims management, and value-based care models.</li><li>Strong ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with health plan executives and decision-makers.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth within the health plan market.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).</li></ul>You don’t need to meet 100% of the requirements to be a great fit.
