Play your part in a fast-growing organization known for excellence, profitability, and stability.</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Attract, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of SMB sales managers and inside sales Account Executives, creating an inspiring experience for people to grow and thrive in life</li><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to continually achieve or exceed targeted business objectives</li><li>Drive aggressive new sales / cross sell / up-sell revenue growth in the existing customer base and new logos across the SMB market</li><li>Review market analysis to ensure an understanding of market trends and SMB company needs</li><li>Provide accurate and timely territory plans and pipeline forecasts to executive sales management</li><li>Represent customer, market and business issues back to executive sales management</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition</li><li>Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements</li><li>Work closely with marketing management to help develop strategies that supply targeted markets with appropriate programs, materials and awareness tactics</li></ul>What you’ll need:<ul><li>10+ years of relevant sales experience in the SMB software industry, including 5+ years of leading people and developing managers</li><li>A proven track record in developing and leading successful sales teams and building a thriving team culture, including managing disciplined activity management</li><li>Strong business management skills and a track record of understanding successful sales methodologies</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously</li><li>Proficiency with CRM usage (Salesforce.com a plus)</li><li>Strong leadership and consensus building skills to build strong cross-functional relationships</li><li>Quantitative analytical skills, including pipeline management and forecasting</li><li>Ability to drive results through your job competencies of pipeline and forecast management, product and market insight, sales optimization, influence, strategic execution and talent development while leveraging NAVEX’s core values</li></ul>Our side of the deal: We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. <ul><li>Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.</li><li>The starting pay rate for this role is $175,000+ per annum and the target variable pay for this role is $175,000+.
