Play your part in a fast-growing organization known for excellence, profitability, and stability.</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Learn and apply industry knowledge in support of sales for our integrated risk and compliance solutions</li><li>Conduct pre-sales activities such as research, discovery and product presentations for revenue generation and pipeline growth</li><li>Provide support in management of sales pipeline</li><li>Strategically influence buyers by demonstrating the value of our solutions and services</li><li>Develop requirements for proof-of concept “sandbox” systems</li><li>Leverage position core competencies to advance customers through the sales cycle</li><li>Evaluate existing customer processes and systems, identify pain points and recommend best-practice application of our solutions</li><li>Make data driven decisions based on KPIs like win rate, average days to close and cross-sell %</li></ul>What you’ll need:<ul><li>3+ years’ experience in software pre-sales, sales, consulting or implementation in the corporate marketplace</li><li>Strong business management skills, familiarity with strategic and value selling</li><li>Understanding of best practice models such as Miller Heiman, Solution Selling, SPIN or Challenger</li><li>The ability to influence others based on your credibility, confidence and shared respect</li><li>Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English</li><li>Ability to drive results through your job competencies of product and industry knowledge (selling), collaboration and effective communication</li><li>Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust</li></ul>Our side of the deal: We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. <ul><li>Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.</li><li>Pay progression based on your performance. </li></ul>We’re committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life.
