Once our office in Tokyo is established, the expectation is for the role to transition to an in-office arrangement. Play your part in a fast-growing organization known for excellence, profitability, and stability.</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Work with customers post sale to evaluate existing systems, process, and/or user needs to analyze, recommend, design and implement best-practices associated to multiple applications</li><li>Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently with minimal supervision</li><li>Analyze and map customer business requirements to implementation objectives and the defined Scope of Work</li><li>Liaise between cross functional teams to coordinate and execute the project lifecycle</li><li>Effectively report and communicate to project teams</li><li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the functional architecture of various NAVEX software solutions</li><li>Present NAVEX’s products and services to customers while providing functional and technical expertise</li><li>Utilize Salesforce.com and Professional Service Automation tools to optimize Sales and Project Management activities</li><li>10% - 15% air travel, including overnight stays, may be required</li></ul>What you’ll need:<ul><li>3+ years of consulting and software implementation experience; Ethics &amp; Compliance industry experience in Training, Policy or Ethics a plus</li><li>Fluent in business-level Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively with local Japanese customers, both verbally and in writing</li><li>​Strong business-level English communication skills, to collaborate effectively with global teams across the broader organization.</li><li>Deep understanding of Japanese culture, etiquette, and communication styles.</li><li>Experience with business process management and implementing SaaS delivery models; creating comprehensive business process and/or training documentation.</li><li>Strong analytical and decision-making ability; used to gathering business requirements and solution orientated proposals</li><li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work with a cross functional, remote team and coordinate project escalations</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to changing business and technical environments</li><li>Proven project management, planning and presentation skills</li><li>Experience conducting meetings/presentations using web tools</li><li>Ability to drive results through your job competencies of project management, business requirements analysis and product and industry knowledge (service)</li><li>Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust </li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the Japanese Ministry of Education (MEXT).</li></ul><h2></h2>Our side of the deal: We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. <ul><li>Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.</li><li>Pay progression based on your performance. </li></ul>We’re committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life.
