Play your part in a fast-growing organization known for excellence, profitability, and stability.</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Collaborate with Customer Support and other teams to investigate and solve challenging problems reported by our customers</li><li>Participate in group triage, bug-fix and code review sessions, ensuring we provide quick, accurate and reliable solutions to our customers</li><li>Partner with Product teams, ensuring detailed knowledge of new and existing features enabling us to be subject matter experts and deliver first-class support for our customers</li><li>Provide constructive and honest feedback during triage sessions, code reviews and sprint retrospectives</li><li>Analyze customer reported issues, and develop, document and validate appropriate solutions</li><li>Occasionally meet with customers and/or third parties to deep dive on challenging problems</li><li>Occasionally prepare and deliver knowledge and/or training to peers</li><li>Engage in continuous improvement efforts</li></ul>What you’ll need:<ul><li>1+ years of software engineering experience</li><li>Experience supporting and developing enterprise software that exceeds industry standards for security, accessibility and user experience</li><li>Good understanding of and experience with triage, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software</li><li>Knowledge of and willingness to adapt to our technology stack: AWS and AWS services including CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CodePipeline, CloudWatch; React, Node.js, CSS and HTML, C#, .Net, MSSQL, Power BI; Databases: Relational, Snowflake (Medallion Architecture)</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting skill, communication, time management and prioritization skills</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment and attitude to deliver on team specific goals and objectives</li><li>Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, software programming and development, and technical problem solving while leveraging NAVEX’s core values</li></ul>Our side of the deal: We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. <ul><li>Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.</li><li>The starting pay for this role is $75,000 per annum.</li><li>Pay progression based on your performance. </li></ul>We’re committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life.
