As a Senior Talent Development Specialist, you will help fuel NAVEX’s growth by supporting the development of our internal talent around the globe!  You will design and deliver best-in-class content related to the new hire experience, ongoing skill building, workplace processes, leadership development, and more. You will have ample opportunity to grow yourself as you influence the amazing career-experience we insist our team members have at NAVEX, all while balancing what matters most to you.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with stellar stakeholders across NAVEX to create and/or evolve strategic growth opportunities

• Develop impactful learning experiences and resources to enable our amazing talent to thrive

• Facilitate engaging and inspiring sessions that spark possibility in others while driving clear outcomes

• Plan purposefully and pivot confidently in response to evolving, fast-paced business needs

• Optimize tools, methods, and practices to deliver with excellence and elevate impact

• Measure, analyze, and communicate the value of our strategic work

• Collaborate with your amazing Talent Success team to accelerate NAVEX’s success and have a lot of fun along the way

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of professional training experience

• A track record of designing and delivering impactful programs that drive business success

• A strategic mindset with heart. You’re committed to people and culture, creating experiences where team members thrive and results follow

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills. You earn trust quickly and inspire others to act

• A high bar for excellence. You work independently and own your success, while collaborating closely with others to elevate collective outcomes

• The ability to drive results through your job competencies of Content Development, Facilitation and Stewardship. You apply these skills and leverage NAVEX’s core values to deliver with impact.

• Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.

• The starting pay range for this role is $65,000+ per annum.
