Play your part in a fast-growing organization known for excellence, profitability, and stability.</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Work alongside Software Engineers to develop cool new features and enhancements in our platform services space that will delight our customers</li><li>Participate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implemented</li><li>Build unit tests and automation test suites to ensure our products deliver the highest quality</li><li>Collaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily standups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviews</li><li>Provide constructive and honest feedback during code reviews and sprint retrospectives</li><li>Work with Enterprise Architects to design our services</li></ul>What you’ll need:<ul><li>8+ years full-stack software development experience, ideally in a SaaS or micro service-based system</li><li>Experience with our technology stack: .NET, C#, SQL, React and Node; AWS preferred</li><li>Exposure to design principles such as: SOLID/DRY design, Object-oriented design patterns, N-Tier software architecture, threading and synchronization, relational database design, etc.</li><li>A passion for problem solving and innovation with the desire to learn and grow</li><li>Ability to work well in a remote team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectives</li><li>Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, software programming and development, and technical problem solving</li><li>Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust</li></ul>Our side of the deal: We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. <ul><li>Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.</li><li>The starting pay for this role is 2,829,000 INR per annum with 5% MBO.</li><li>Pay progression based on your performance. </li></ul>We’re committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life.
