Play your part in a fast-growing organisation known for excellence, profitability, and stability.</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimise integrated multi-channel programs and campaigns to new and existing customers, with a focus on attracting and engaging new business prospects, nurturing leads, and optimising conversion pathways</li><li>Work closely with the marketing and sales leaders whilst using a data driven and collaborative mindset to develop strategy and take a performance-based approach</li><li>Work closely with other marketing functions and resources (e.g. digital, content, creative) to ensure the alignment of all demand generation activities including ownership of campaign calendars</li><li>Ensure Business Development Representative (BDR) team alignment for all demand campaigns (inbound and outbound) including lead management</li><li>Establish, maintain, and optimise scalable processes that ensure best practises in campaigns and lead management, including tracking lead lifecycle and conversion rates throughout the pipeline</li><li>Define activity success metrics and own the performance analysis of demand generation activities, ensuring ongoing optimisation, and analyse marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimisation to meet targets</li><li>Agency, supplier and budget management</li><li>Ensure full utilisation of the company’s Martech stack to support demand generation activities</li></ul>What you’ll need:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent experience in a SaaS environment.</li><li>2+ years’ experience coordinating and executing global demand generation campaigns, including copywriting, channel strategy, advertising, email marketing, webinar production, and more</li><li>Have a strong understanding of demand generation programmes and a proven track record of owning campaigns, generating high quality leads, and driving pipeline growth</li><li>Demonstrated experience creating and executing successful B2B integrated demand generation campaigns</li><li>Exposure to working closely with sales leaders, sales teams, and BDRs to drive leads (direct and indirect channels)</li><li>Experience developing and implementing lead generation and nurturing strategies including segmentation, targeting and personalised communication</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a keen focus on metrics, measurement and optimisation</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a distributed team / matrixed environment</li><li>Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, social platforms such as LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office</li><li>Experience in negotiating with and managing suppliers</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to see the big picture view of our marketing strategy</li><li>Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision-making, marketing strategy and project management while leveraging NAVEX’s core values</li></ul>Our side of the deal: We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. <ul><li>Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.</li><li>Pay progression based on your performance. </li></ul>We’re committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life.
