This position is also responsible for administering back-end requirements related to customer data and will work directly with our internal teams. Play your part in a fast-growing organization known for excellence, profitability, and stability.</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Collaborate in office two days a week with team</li><li>Produce code and graphics for web intake sites</li><li>Evaluate project requests based on system requirements</li><li>Analyze and upload customer data to support web reporting environments</li><li>Review and upload text in multiple languages</li><li>Manage multiple work tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and executing against deliverables</li><li>Provide technical support for Services teams</li><li>Maintain individual Key Performance targets</li><li>Follow instructions and establish guidelines assigned by your manager</li></ul>What you’ll need:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in web development</li><li>Basic JavaScript knowledge required, experience with JSON desirable</li><li>Basic HTML, CSS, and web page layout skills</li><li>Graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, color, and usability</li><li>Familiarity with popular web browsers and principles of accessibility</li><li>Basic understanding of database structures and functionality as they affect interface design</li><li>The ability to interpret instructions from diverse sources</li><li>The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines</li><li>The ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to drive results through your job competencies of product and industry knowledge (service), collaboration, and web programming and development</li><li>Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust</li></ul>Our side of the deal: We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. <ul><li>Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.</li><li>The starting pay rate for this role is 1,000,000 INR per annum.
