Play your part in a fast-growing organization known for excellence, profitability, and stability.</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Work closely with and provide support for our Global Sales Leadership to increase productivity and effectiveness through improved forecasting, pipeline management, deal inspection, and AE activity management</li><li>Assist in structuring, reviewing and approving complex quotes, providing flexibility, while aligning with company policies and procedures</li><li>Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales team performance and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Support our sales team by providing CPQ training, working Sales Operations cases, participating in Office Hours, hosting Deal Desk meetings, other tasks as assigned.</li></ul>What you’ll need:<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree preferred or prior work-related experience</li><li>1+ years’ experience working within a sales environment in an administrative capacity</li><li>Strong experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ, Excel and Word; knowledge of Responsive and Clari is a plus</li><li>Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Experience working under and consistently meeting tight deadlines while adjusting priorities as needed</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail and commitment to customer service</li><li>Knowledge of online web-based meeting technology such as WebEx, Adobe or other similar products and technologies a plus</li><li>An inquisitive nature, seeking to understand the dynamics of the business that you support</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds</li><li>Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of administrative sales support, attention to detail and collaboration while leveraging NAVEX’s core values</li></ul>Our side of the deal: We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. <ul><li>Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.</li><li>The starting pay range for this role is $24+/hour</li><li>Pay progression based on your performance. </li></ul>We’re committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life.
