The Interop team will be integral in the design and support for various integrated services and be responsible for all aspects of their Sui interactions, state management, production reliability and release management.The Interop team would own these horizontal systems that interface directly with the Sui network and collaborate closely with other teams including Cryptography, Move Platform, and Walrus for their development and productionization.What Youll Have:<ul><li>Have 5+ years of experience in hands-on software engineering, including methodologies to ensure correctness and performance of implemented components.</li><li>Be fluent in a systems’ language such as Rust which is used within Mysten or C++ etc</li><li>Had a substantial role in the design and implementation of a large distributed system.</li><li>Have experience with the design and evaluation of secure systems, incl. secure programming, appropriate use of cryptography, and prevention of DoS attacks. </li><li>Be fluent in writing design documentation as well as participating in technical discussions and reviews synchronously, asynchronously, in person or remotely.</li><li>Have a level of expertise in one or more of networking, distributed systems, storage, databases, operating systems, and runtimes to be able to read research papers in the field and design systems based on them.</li><li>Have a lay persons’ interest in open, decentralized, permissionless technologies, and the intersection of contemporary technology, economics, finance and governance.</li><li>We especially encourage engineers that fulfill some of the above with no prior experience of working on blockchain technologies</li></ul>Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.Regarding the recent rash of technology job scams: Be aware that emails from genuine Mysten Labs group recruiters will always come from the @<a target="_blank" href="http://mystenlabs.com">mystenlabs.com</a> domain or related subdomains (e.g., <a target="_blank" href="http://mystenlabs.com/careers">mystenlabs.com/careers</a>).
