We are looking for a Working Student to join us in Berlin and support our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and become an integral part of our team.<ul><li>Salesforce Administration &amp; Operations<ul><li>Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, handling tasks from creating new user accounts to deactivating accounts for departing employees.</li><li>Ensure data integrity through regular cleanup, including de-duplicating accounts and removing records with no related data.</li><li>Configure and customize Salesforce objects, record types, and page layouts to improve user experience and data capture.</li><li>Manage Salesforce application, including adding fields and creating lookup relationships.</li></ul></li><li>Salesforce Operations<ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, such as email logging failures and lead conversion errors.</li><li>Deploy changes from the sandbox to the production environment to keep our system up to date.</li><li>Design and build Salesforce flows to automate key business processes.</li><li>Implement new functionality by creating and updating system components as needed.</li></ul></li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Create and maintain essential reports and trackers, including weekly commercial KPIs and revenue reports.</li><li>Analyze and reconcile data discrepancies between Salesforce and external platforms to ensure accuracy across all platforms.</li><li>Utilize data management tools, such as Data Loader, for bulk data operations.</li></ul></li></ul>You are a proactive and analytical working student who is eager to learn and take ownership of projects. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy communicating with different teams.
