This role is a Hybrid work environment: work 3 days in office and 2 days remote! Due to licensing restrictions, applicants must live within a 60-mile radius of office location. Applicants must have passed the SAFE Mortgage Exam to be considered.

Essential Functions:

Customer Interaction: Field and evaluate customer inquiries, compare solutions, and provide recommendations tailored to their needs.
Build Relationships: Establish rapport by actively listening to understand customers immediate needs and motivations. Document interactions, capturing both personal and financial insights for future personalized communication.
Smart Selling: Educate and coach customers on products and services that benefit them, enabling informed decision-making.
Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of potential customers at various stages of the refinancing journey, handling both business development and relationship management.
Collaboration & Contribution: Share learnings with team members and leaders, contributing to team initiatives. Support your peers through mentorship and feedback.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer preferably in a call center or similar fast-paced environment desired.
Must have knowledge of Government and Conventional loan products.
Must have passed SAFE Mortgage Exam (NMLS LICENSE)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer service goals.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with mortgage loan origination software. Encompass experience is a plus.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
