As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting recruiters and hiring managers in delivering a smooth and efficient hiring process. </p> <h4><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li> <li>Serve as a key point of contact for any scheduling changes/interview updates between the candidate and the interviewers</li> <li>Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS- Greenhouse), Modern Loop, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools</li> <li>Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks, including offer coordination, onboarding assistance, and data management</li> <li>Support Recruiting Operations initiatives/projects with the team</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination</li> <li>Experience with Greenhouse or ModernLoop is preferred, but not required</li> <li>A proactive and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and candidates</li> <li>Excellent project management abilities, with a strong focus on organization, flexibility, and adaptability</li> <li>A team player with a passion for creating an efficient, welcoming, and collaborative workplace</li> </ul> </div><div><p><em>Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motives core values.
