We are a team of problem-solvers and innovators who manage the marketing technology stack, ensure data integrity, and enable seamless campaign execution. We collaborate across the company with sales, systems, and product marketing to drive efficiency and impact. As the Manager of Campaign Operations, you will lead the team responsible for the execution and delivery of our digital marketing campaigns. This is a highly strategic role where you will not only manage a team but also architect the frameworks, processes, and enablement tools for our enterprise marketing managers. Youll be instrumental in optimizing our performance with offshore teams and navigating a wide variety of campaign requests, from simple to complex. You are a master of balancing customization with process efficiency and are passionate about building for scale. This role is at the center of our global expansion, initially supporting teams in the US, UK, and Mexico, as well as new international markets. You will be a key function in our global marketing operations team, innovating and developing best-in-class tooling and processes to drive high performing campaigns. What Youll Do: <ul> <li>Lead and Scale: Own the end-to-end global campaign execution process, managing a team of specialists to deliver high-quality, timely marketing campaigns across multiple channels.</li> <li>Process Innovation: Design, implement, and optimize scalable frameworks and standard operating procedures for campaign intake, execution, and reporting, with a focus on leveraging offshore teams for efficiency.</li> <li>Strategic Partnership: Act as a key consultant for marketing stakeholders, providing expert guidance on best practices for campaign setup, legal compliance, deliverability, and performance optimization.</li> <li>Enablement and Training: Develop and roll out enablement tools and training programs for our enterprise marketing managers to ensure they can effectively leverage our campaign operations capabilities.</li> <li>AI and Automation: Champion the use of AI tools to innovate and create efficiencies within your teams workflows and for your stakeholders.</li> <li>Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign and team performance KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and work with go-to-market teams to implement improvements.</li> <li>Technology and Systems: Partner with the marketing systems team to translate business requirements into technical designs for our marketing technology stack, ensuring it supports our global campaign needs.</li> <li>Global Expansion: Develop and execute a plan to scale campaign operations support for our international teams in the UK, Mexico, and beyond.</li> </ul> What Were Looking For: <ul> <li>Experience: 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on campaign execution and marketing automation in a B2B environment.</li> <li>Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of technical talent, with a player/coach mindset. Experience managing and optimizing processes with offshore or distributed teams is highly desired.</li> <li>Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce is essential. Experience with a broad marketing technology stack is a plus.</li> <li>Strategic Mindset: You are not just an executor, but a strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture and build for the future. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a knack for turning unclear requirements into actionable plans.</li> <li>Consultative Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels. You can confidently drive conversations to define requirements and priorities.</li> <li>Process-Oriented: A passion for building efficient and scalable processes, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.</li> <li>Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with shifting priorities.
