We are looking for candidates who have a forward-thinking mindset aimed at high readability (declarative) code, as well as identifying problems or bottlenecks before they become issues.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></h3> <ul> <li>Enable developers to work more effectively by improving iOS app architecture, testing capabilities, and release cycles.</li> <li>Identify and fix bottlenecks in the development experience.</li> <li>Provide feedback on technical designs and ensure a scalable, maintainable iOS architecture.</li> <li>Evangelize iOS best current practices across the organization.</li> <li>Communicate with backend engineers about API improvements.</li> <li>Help support teams diagnose user problems and provide solutions.</li> <li>Analyze user data to identify bugs and improve user experience.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For: </strong></h3> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience working on iOS mobile apps.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.</li> <li>Experience with mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).</li> <li>Familiarity with offline-first application design and implementation.</li> <li>Proven track record of improving app performance and user experience.</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li> <li>Passion for mobile technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.</li> <li>Experience with Git and version control systems.</li> <li>Experience with RxSwift.</li> <li>Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.</li> <li>Knowledge of mobile analytics and user behavior analysis.</li> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.</li> </ul> <p>Join us in building innovative mobile solutions that enhance user experiences and drive our business forward.
