In this capacity, you’ll lead pivotal growth experiments, oversee product rollouts, conduct data-driven investigations, and execute operational initiatives that drive measurable new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). What Youll Do: <ul> <li>Drive and manage cross-functional business growth initiatives and experiments, closely collaborating with Product, Strategic Analytics, Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing Management teams.</li> <li>Conduct analytical investigations and data analysis to uncover insights, measure experiments, and recommend scalable solutions supporting business and product growth.</li> <li>Lead and execute end-to-end product rollouts, including scope definition, cross-team alignment, hands-on delivery, and post-launch performance measurement.</li> <li>Proactively own projects from discovery through execution with minimal oversight, turning ambiguous business problems into defined, actionable work.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across diverse functions to accelerate Motive’s high-growth journey.</li> <li>Translate operational actions and initiatives into measurable business value, with a direct focus on impacting new ARR.</li> <li>Regular engagement with stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering Management, Strategic Analytics, and GTM leadership.</li> </ul> What Success Looks Like: <ul> <li>Rapid and measurable impact, as demonstrated by business growth, completed experiments, and new ARR.</li> <li>Quick learning, adaptability to shifting priorities, and consistent delivery of projects to strong business outcomes.</li> <li>Effective navigation and execution of ambiguous, open-ended business challenges.</li> <li>Strong, trusted relationships built with cross-functional partners.</li> </ul> What Were Looking For: <ul> <li>2–4 years out of college, with a strong generalist background.</li> <li>Experience in business operations, consulting, banking, or business/product operations in tech settings.</li> <li>Preferably from startup/smaller company environments, demonstrating an ability to “figure things out” in uncertain or ambiguous settings.</li> </ul>  <div><div><div>Pay Transparency Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.
