<p>We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop and optimize deep learning models that advance the state of the art in data-driven planning and control for autonomous driving. You will design, implement, and deploy machine learning systems for real-time trajectory generation in autonomous vehicles. This role involves solving challenging planning and control problems in resource-constrained, on-vehicle environments.</p> <h3>What You Will Work On</h3> <ul> <li>Research, design, implement, optimize and deploy deep learning models that advance the state of the art in data-driven control algorithms for trajectory and path generation. </li> <li>Designing reward functions to improve vehicle behavior.</li> <li>Developing tools and metrics to analyze system errors and measure performance improvements</li> <li>Optimizing model and system performance for real-time inference</li> <li>Participating in code and design reviews</li> </ul> <h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Master’s or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Engineering, or a related field</li> </ul> <h3>Required Skills</h3> <ul> <li>Proficiency in both C++ and Python</li> <li>Strong understanding of trajectory optimization, reinforcement learning algorithms and imitation learning</li> <li>4+ years of experience in designing, training, and deploying ML models</li> <li>Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills</li> <li>Eager to stay current with emerging technologies and committed to continuous learning.</li> <li>Conference or Journal publications in Machine Learning or Robotics-related venues</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus Points</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with autonomous driving applications in areas such as perception, prediction, planning, or simulation</li> <li>Experience with CUDA and inference optimization for real-time systems</li> <li>Publications in reinforcement learning (RL), inverse reinforcement learning (IRL), optimal control, or robotics</li> </ul><div><div><div><p><span>The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors including but not limited to specific skills, experience and expertise, role location, certifications, licenses, and business needs.
