<p>Senior Engineer (Autonomy – Planning &amp; Controls) (Boston, MA). Own and lead technical development on autonomous driving (AD) features from problem formulation to implementation and deployment. Develop AD motion planning algorithms (search, sampling, optimization methods, linear-temporal logic, decision-making under uncertainty). Integrate and evaluate algorithms. Design and build robust and scalable codebase. Interface with upstream and downstream components through continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Guide and mentor junior team members. Requires Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, and at least one year of industry experience in motion planning for automotive robotics.
