The job in two bullet points:
  • Lead a dynamic team of 5-7 Sales Representatives.
  • Focus on driving outbound sales for small businesses and managing a healthy inbound pipeline.
If you need a bit more information… Youll develop and manage a sales operation targeting small businesses across diverse industries. Additionally, youll oversee inbound inquiries from various channels (web chat, etc.) and ensure theyre nurtured and converted into qualified leads.

Youll be responsible for building a high-performing SMB Sales Team: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Youll also be involved in strategic planning and execution, developing and implementing strategies to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth. Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help your team members improve their skills and reach their full potential is another key aspect of the role. Youll monitor team metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize performance. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and nurturing is essential.
