We are on a truly exciting journey as a company. We’re growing quickly, investing in our teams, and we have bold plans to make 2025 our best year ever. As part of our growth we are hiring for a Lead Generation Specialist for our Sales team.

You will need to be based in the UK and you will work mostly remotely, travelling into our Eastbourne office at least once a month to catch up and strategise with the team.

The job in two bullet points:
  • Identify and Verify Leads: Utilise Companies House API, Chamber of Commerce directories, and web scraping techniques to source and verify business leads.
  • Automate and Analyse: Monitor and report on lead generation effectiveness, optimising strategies for maximum impact. Develop and manage workflows that automate lead sourcing, reducing reliance on purchased data while improving efficiency.

We’re looking for someone self-motivated and results-drive with proven experience in lead generation, sales intelligence, or data analysis. You’ll need to have the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and refine strategies accordingly backed up by a strong knowledge of automation tools, APIs, and web scraping techniques. You’ll need to be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • £40,000 base salary with uncapped commission (OTE £50,000)
