To support our growth, we are hiring a Credit Controller for our US Collections Team. <br /><br /><strong>The role in two bullet points:</strong></div><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments.</li><li>Support the end-to-end credit control process, including debt collection, invoicing, and client communications.</li></ul><div><strong>If you need a bit more information...<br /><br /></strong>As a Credit Controller, you’ll be a vital part of our finance team, reporting to the US Collections Manager. You’ll manage payments from both new and renewing clients, making sure reminder letters are sent on time and follow-up calls are made promptly. You’ll issue copy invoices when requested, keep client records accurate and up to date, and schedule follow-up actions for yourself and others in the team. You’ll also handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the right people. When needed, you’ll support the Client Services Team and ensure all client communication is handled professionally and courteously. You’ll also take on general admin tasks and be ready to help with other responsibilities as they come up.</div> <h2> Youll love this role if... </h2> <div>You’re detail-oriented, organised, and enjoy working with people.
