In this key role, you will be responsible for deepening customer engagement and driving retention and expansion across our SaaS client base. You will work closely with our Demand Generation, Client Success, and Product Marketing teams to execute impactful lifecycle and expansion campaigns, amplify customer stories, and deliver engaging programs such as webinars, events, and ambassador initiatives. Your work will also include supporting product rollouts, managing customer communications, and launching feedback programs like NPS surveys to surface actionable insights.</div><div><br /></div><div>You will play a pivotal part in shaping how we connect with and celebrate our customers, helping to develop scalable case studies and use-case content that highlight the value of our solutions. Join us to advance your career in customer marketing, build meaningful relationships, and make a measurable impact on our clients’ success.</div><h3>What Youll Be Working On:</h3><ul><li><b>Drive retention &amp; upsell</b>: Partner with demand gen and Client Success/Account Management teams on lifecycle and expansion campaigns</li><li><b>Amplify customer stories</b>: Collaborate with Client Success and product marketing to develop scalable case studies and use-case content</li><li><b>Run scaled engagement programs</b>: Execute customer webinars, events, and ambassador programs</li><li><b>Support product rollouts</b>: Manage comms and education around new features to customers</li><li><b>Own customer surveys</b>: Launch NPS surveys and share insights across team</li></ul><h3>About You and What Youve Done:</h3><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, customer marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Experience supporting or executing customer engagement programs, such as webinars, events, or ambassador initiatives.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to help develop customer stories, case studies, and use-case content.</li><li>Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, retention, or expansion campaigns in partnership with Customer Success or Account Management teams.</li><li>Ability to manage or support customer feedback programs (e.g., NPS surveys) and share actionable insights with internal teams.</li><li>Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams.</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Exposure to SaaS product rollouts, customer communications, or product education is a plus.</li><li>It is not required that you meet every qualification listed. This placement is reflective of full proficiency in a role. This role is eligible for additional variable compensation and an equity grant, which will be discussed in your initial recruiter conversation.
