Read on. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>OVERVIEW</b></div><div><span>As part of our Account Operations department, the Senior Client Activation Manager will be responsible for the management of key cross-platform partnerships with Morning Brew’s clients. They will play a crucial role in activating our integrated marketing partnerships and providing tactical recommendations for our partnerships. </span></div><div><span>This role is client facing and will involve relaying your content execution expertise by acting as a point of contact for our clients throughout the execution process.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>You will collaborate across teams to take branded content ideas from development to delivery across our experiential, branded, custom, video and audio products. Read on!</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON</b></div><div><span>- Independently manage integrated marketing campaigns that may include any of the following: custom content, newsletter placements, podcast ads, editorial sponsorships, social, video, on-site content, etc.</span></div><div><span>- Partner with Account Managers on newsletter partnerships</span></div><div><span>- Collaborate with Pre-Sale Marketing Teams, Sales, Account Manager &amp; Post-Sale Creative Studios (design, branded, video, production) teams to ensure projects are developed and delivered on time, in scope, and within budget</span></div><div><span>- Own the advertising partner’s transition from pre-sale to post-sale ensuring that we understand client KPIs, our recommended strategy &amp; presenting that strategy to our partners</span></div><div><span>- Schedule production kickoffs and manage creative check-ins with internal teams to clarify roles and responsibilities.</span></div><div><span>- Lead client calls and provide white glove client service to ensure client retention.</span></div><div><span>- Create production timelines and communicate with internal teams in both written and verbal scenarios, following up with next steps, and tackling client challenges with positivity</span></div><div><span>- Produce best-in-class content with the client’s objectives in mind and act as an interpreter of client feedback</span></div><div><span>- Acts as production manager for clients on set for all planned productions</span></div><div><span>- Update and maintain team trackers, indexes, and other shared team docs</span></div><div><span>- Manage 3P External Vendors/Partners for content production </span></div><div><span>- Route third party invoices to Accounts Payable for processing &amp; record actualized costs in master budget tracker, upload and log all campaign expenses</span></div><div><span>- Manage Campaign Recap + QBRs on custom content </span></div><div><span>- Provide key insights from past campaign executions to optimize future campaign recommendations.</span></div><div><span>- Work closely with the team to improve workflows and processes and communicate them to the organization</span></div><div><span>- Recommend cost-effective strategies and production efficiencies in pre-sale</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>MANAGERIAL REQUIREMENTS</b></div><div><span>- Potential to manage 1x direct report. </span></div><div><span>- Responsible for onboarding + training of that individual and managing continuous check-ins.</span></div><div><span>- Ability to prioritize workload + time management effectively. </span></div><div><span>- Ability to provide direct feedback. </span></div><div><span>- Ability to decipher when to be an individual contributor and when to be a manager. </span></div><div><span>- Ability to support a direct report on their day to day work. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><div><b>- 4-6 years project management experience in media </b><span>working with cross-functional teams in a digital or creative environment (publisher experience preferred)</span></div><div><b>- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative work </b><span>with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</span></div><div><span>- Strong </span><b>problem solving skills</b><span> and a </span><b>solutions-oriented approach.</b></div><div><b>- Detail-oriented team player with outstanding organizational and communication skills </b><span>to manage multiple projects and internal work relationships</span></div><div><span>- Ability to </span><b>read the room </b><span>&amp; collaborate effectively. </span></div><div><b>- Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills </b></div><div><b>- Strong management &amp; leadership qualities </b></div><div><b>- A pragmatic, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude</b></div><div><span>- The ability to get the </span><b>best out of the people and the projects</b><span> you oversee and </span><b>deliver feedback with tact</b></div><div><b>- Passionate about Morning Brew</b><span> and the work we do</span></div><div><span>- Strong</span><b> EQ </b></div><div><b>- No</b><span> ego. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>NICE TO HAVES</b></div><div><span>- Experience working with multiple client categories</span></div><div><span>- Familiarity with Google Drive, Keynote, Sheets, and project management software like </span><a href="http://monday.com">Monday.com</a></div><div><span>- Experience in Video, audio, custom content production </span></div><div><span>- Experience in branded content production </span></div><div><span>- Experience in Experiential Management</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>COMPENSATION </b><span>$95,000 - $100,000 </span><i>*Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience.
