This position is for someone with a strong technical aptitude, extensive customer-facing experience, and the ability to oversee multiple engagements. This person will be based on the West Coast.Here’s what you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Be a strategic technical counterpart to the Success team at Monte Carlo. </li><li>Define project scope based on the customers needs and requirements, guide clear.outcomes, and communicate technical and value propositions. </li><li>Deliver implementations of Monte Carlo, including on complicated data lake environments. </li><li>Define best practice approaches for achieving a desired technical capability through Monte Carlo.</li><li>Deliver training and enablement on advanced technical concepts to technical customers.</li><li>Create collateral, documentation, and other technical materials as needed.</li><li>Advocate on behalf of customers cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.</li><li>Analyze customer trends and identify opportunities to drive product consumption growth.</li></ul>We’re excited about you because you have:<ul><li>3-5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably within the data technology space. Finding creative solutions to unlock the value of our product. Learn our customers’ data infrastructure so you can be prescriptive on how they should implement Monte Carlo.</li><li>Firm understanding of some of the following: cloud data warehousing, data lakes, ETL concepts and workflows, BI solutions, SQL, and working with APIs; Networking experience a plus.</li><li>Experienced in Business Value Assessment; use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solutions to multiple audiences. </li><li>Worked with Enterprise customers before and managed multiple stakeholders and priorities.</li><li>Been part of a high-performing team. We hold ourselves to a high bar and set ambitious goals.</li><li>Experience identifying and improving internal and customer-facing processes.</li><li>Previously worked in a startup environment.
